Construction work has finished on the 7 new build houses and 3 new build apartments at Burnley Road, Todmorden following a 12 month construction period.

October 2011 - Carnforth Business Park Starts
Construction work has started on Phase I at Carnforth Business Park, with the ground works and infastructure for the first six plots progressing well.

Planning permission was granted in May for the development of Carnforth Business Park. The permission includes full planning permission for six new industrail units and outlining planning for a further 8 units.
March 2011 - Merlewood Phase 2 Starts
Construction work began in March on the newbuild phase at Merlewood, Grange-over-Sands, following the completion of Phase 1, the restoration of the existing Grade II listed hall.
