The revised planning application at Coo Palace, the latest addition to The Holiday Property Bond’s portfolio, was approved unanimously at planning committee earlier this month. The Coo Palace on the Kirkcudbrightshire coast was originally built in the early 1900’s by Manchester merchant James Brown to house a herd of 12 cows. Construction work, which includes the refurbishment of the existing Grade A listed dairy and stable buildings is due to start fully in the new year.
